I've spent the majority of my career with startups developing and executing marketing strategies that drove revenue growth, inbound pipelines, and real brand impact. Along the way, I never stopped being a designer. My favourite work combines both.

At Commerce7, I was brought in to build and lead their marketing department from the ground up. In 12 months, I transformed the approach from reactive to revenue-driving, led a rebrand and website overhaul, and built the demand generation systems for years to come.

I never expected to love events and the wild world of VC and startups as much as I do now. In my almost 4 years at Startup Grind, I designed and drove marketing strategies across educational programs, partnerships, content, and their annual conference in Silicon Valley.
